Talon Labarthe is a minor character in the 2007 Pixar film Ratatouille. He is Skinner's lawyer.

Talon is first seen when Skinner finds out that Linguini is actually Gusteau's son. Finding a hair in the late chef's hat, Labarthe performs a DNA Test, and confirms that Linguini is Gusteau's son. He was able to keep calm when Skinner loses control of himself after hearing about the situation, and very stride, and confident to do so, He advises Skinner to wait out the will's two year deadline, and he can fire Linguini, and nobody shall ever know about it. It's unknown what happen to him after this.
