Auguste Gusteau is a character in the film Ratatouille. He is an chef, and the owner of Gusteau's. After losing one of the stars to a scathing review by Anton Ego. Gusteau died of a broken heart. However despite his death, a imaginary version of him endured in Remy's mind.
